Safety experts attended the Texas Department of Insurance’s Safety Summit to explore ideas on how to keep workers safe.
Last year’s hurricane season showed that many companies were inadequately prepared to handle the disruption caused by severe weather. The focus of this year’s conference was to learn from this experience and implement plans so that companies can be better prepared for weather related emergencies in the future.
