NEVADA Labor Law Poster

Nevada labor law posters has been updated with the new minimum wage rates.

The minimum wage rate in Nevada was increased on July 1, 2010. Employers who offer qualifying health benefits will be required to pay employees a minimum wage rate of at least $7.25 per hour. Those employers who do not offer qualifying health benefits will be required to pay employees a minimum wage rate of at least $8.25 per hour.
