The single-poster solution offers the convenience of complying with the law using a single poster. However, the two-poster solution may be more cost effective if your company has many locations.
For example, the cost of a state only poster is lower than the cost of a combined all-in-one (state, federal & OSHA) poster. Therefore, if you opt for the two-poster solution and a state law changes, you have to change only the state poster. As you can easily see, for a company with many locations, the two-poster solution can be a more cost-effective solution in the long run.
