The two poster solution includes a state labor law poster and a federal-OSHA poster. The state only poster must be used with the federal-OSHA poster to be in full compliance with the law.
Each product line has its advantage. The combined all-in-one poster offers the convenience of complying with the law using a single poster. However, if your company operates from multiple locations, the two-poster solution may offer cost savings.
For example, the state only poster costs less than the combined all-in-one (state, federal & OSHA) poster. If a state labor law changes, you need to change only the state poster. Your cost, therefore, will be lower. In the long run, this can result in significant savings, especially, if your company has multiple locations.
