The combined poster offers the convenience of complying with the law using a single poster. However, for companies with more than one location, the two-poster solution may be more cost effective in the long run.
For example, the state only poster costs less than the combined all-in-one (state, federal & OSHA) poster. If a state labor law changes, you need to change only the state poster. Your cost, therefore, will be lower. In the long run, this can result in significant savings, especially, if your company has multiple locations.
