The state of West Virginia has released an updated WV Minimum Wage notice that reflects their recent minimum wage increase from $5.15 per hour to $5.85 per hour effective July 1, 2006.
Other increases for subsequent years through 2008:
- $6.55 effective July 1, 2007
- $7.25 effective July 1, 2008.
Also Effective July 1, 2006, employers may still implement a 90-day training wage of $5.15 if certain conditions are met.
