The State of New Jersey has finalized their changes to minimum wages. The current NJ minimum wage of $7.15 per hour will increase to $7.25 per hour effective July 24, 2009. NJ state labor law posters and all-in-one combo posters are now ready to ship.
The State of Maryland has finalized changes to their minimum wages. Maryland’s current minimum wage of $6.55 will increase to $7.25 on July 24, 2009. MD state labor law posters and all-in-one combo posters are now ready to ship.
The State of Virginia labor law posters are on edit hold due to upcoming changes due to passage of SB 860. This requires a new poster to notify employees of the potential eligibility for federal and state earned income tax credits. Posters are expected to be released sometime in July 2009.
