The minimum wage in the state of New Jersey is scheduled to increase October 1, 2006 from $6.15 per hour to $7.15 per hour.
The minimum wage was was last raised to $6.15 per hour October 1, 2005. The Division of Wage and Hour Compliance enforces New Jersey State Labor Laws including minimum wage.
