August 2007, Federal Minimum Wage & Labor Law Poster shipments

Following the major hold on the shipment of labor law posters due to changes in the Federal Minimum Wage, we are glad to announce that the majority of the Labor Law Posters are now ready to be shipped. The following states are still on hold because the wording for the State Minimum Wages are yet to be finalized.

• Posters for New Jersey are on hold pending changes to the state’s “Discrimination in Employment, Public Accommodations, and Family Leave” requirements.
• Colorado’s posters are on hold pending agency wording finalization of the state’s “Minimum Wage and Wage Order” regulations.
