Missouri Strengthens Workplace Safety Requirements

Arkansas Labor Law - Update

The state of Arkansas has updated its Minimum Wage notice. Governor Mike Huckabee signed Arkansas Senate Bill 11 into law increasing the state’s minimum from $5.15 per hour to $6.25 per hour effective October 1, 2006.
The text for full time student’s rate remain the same (not less than 85% of minimum wage).
